"I chose Dutchess because it is local, it has a great reputation, and I wasn’t 100% sure about what I wanted to do with my college career. It also has a well-respected Communications program, so when I made the decision to study video production, I found that DCC’s courses in that area were exactly what I was looking for.

My schedule was flexible enough to allow me to work part-time, so I was able to accept an on-campus job working in the College's Community Relations and Graphics office.

After I graduated, I was prepared to transfer to a four-year college and continue the great education that I started at DCC."
